Miss Rhea

Rhea Dummett is a professional singer, songwriter music teacher and vocal coach.  She tours the world as a background vocalist for Pharrell Williams and works with many other artists including One Republic, Gwen Stefani and Snoop Dogg to name a few.  Her vocals are featured on many of Pharrell’s productions most notably “HAPPY” from Despicable Me 2 and Pharrell’s GIRL album for which she was honored with a Grammy Certificate.  Rhea has been teaching kids music classes and musical theater for over 5 years at Montessori Schools, public and private pre-schools, community centers and churches.  She is a certified Music Together teacher and Vocal Coach with a Bachelor’s Degree in Music from Berklee College of Music.  Rhea has written two Oohwah kids’s albums and is developing an Oohwah App for early childhood music education.  Rhea is very passionate about children and music education and has seen first hand how musical experiences and the language of music are beneficial to early childhood development.
